Blahblahbullshitcakes.

I'm horribly, horribly disappointed with elections so far this year. It's really sad to me that something that we have all worked so hard on has become such a non-event. And if it's a non-event for those of us who are embroiled in it, then imagine how important it is to everyone else on this campus. I think that this may be the kick in the pants that I need to finally "STEP-AWAY-FROM-THE-ELECTION,-MA'AM!" that I needed. Unless, of course, my little hack consulting partnership business takes off next year...then, it'd be a different story. I've also been working on a series of endorsitorials, but I've been balking on whether or not to post them. As of right now, they will stay forever buried on my laptop, unless I feel like burning some bridges...

(As an FYI - this weekend is a completely elections-free weekend for me. Anyone who tries to get me to leave my apartment for something elections-related will be summarily beaten. )

In other news, with my quiet time disappearing rapidly, blog-posting has been pushed way down on the priority list. Several people have complained that they are anxiously awaiting the "Back in the 'Peg, Part Two: In which my grandmother calls my relative a whore and my uncle plays with morphine" post...but that one may be a while, if it even gets written at all. And for the few of you who asked: yes, my stripper cousin is single. She is also in her 40's. Ew.
